It is tough to know how to help yourself if you have low back pain because everything hurts. Sometimes you need to stretch it out, sometimes it is overstretched and you need to strengthen it, and sometimes you need to strengthen the opposing muscle group (the abdominals).

In our busy weeks, we don’t always find time to think about what is going on in our body and how we can take care of ourselves.
