My work is all about finding the connections in the body. It's an easy way to get to the root of whatever issues or pain we have. This month's video blog is about just that. There's a connection between the bottom of the feet and the pelvic floor. By understanding the connection & implementing some strengthening exercises, we can create a much more stable body that supports itself and allows us to work less in order to feel better. I share 3 exercises in less than 10 minutes along with an explanation of the connection between these 2 areas of the body.
